Temporary variation for heavy vehicles in NSW

Attention: Approved temporary variation for heavy vehicles due to M1 Pacific Motorway Maintenance Closure

The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) in consultation with Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) will be temporarily amending access for certain heavy vehicles due to works being completed on the M1 Pacific Motorway between Hunter Expressway and John Renshaw Drive.

The closure is planned to be in effect between 7.30pm and 4.30am on the following days:

Northbound

• Monday 17 March
• Tuesday 18 March

Southbound

• Wednesday 19 March
• Thursday 20 March

The detour for the closure is via Hunter Expressway & John Renshaw Drive and is applicable to all current permits with access that includes M1 Pacific Motorway between Hunter Expressway and John Renshaw Drive.

A copy of this letter must be carried along with the permit and produced to an authorised officer upon request.
