NHVR Webinar | Performance-Based Standards (PBS) - HVNL Industry Information Session

The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) will be hosting a series of online industry information sessions throughout May to support operators, drivers, and transport businesses in understanding the upcoming amendments to the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), and what these changes will mean in practice ahead of commencement mid-year.

Each session will run for approximately 30-45 minutes and will be recorded, allowing those who are unable to attend to view the content later, and to allow key information to be shared with drivers and operation staff.

• Wednesday, 13 May – Accreditation and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
• Wednesday, 20 May – Performance-Based Standards (PBS)
• Wednesday, 27 May – Fatigue (including templated work and rest hours, unfit to drive provisions, and the Written Work Diary)
